Gidon Carlin

Principal

Gidon Carlin, a native of southern California, has been in the construction industry for twenty five years. Bringing a passion for building and a vast amount of experience in both the field and in management, his extensive background in high end residential building has helped create beautiful environments while providing detail and service that cannot be matched. Gidon has had the opportunity to service clients in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. area for the last decade. From decks and porticos to full house renovations and new builds, there is not a project that is too challenging. Gidon’s desire to bring the client’s vision into a tangible reality allows the owner to enjoy their home for many years to come. He often says, “If it is not quality, then its not worth doing.”

Both headquartered and living in the Annapolis, Maryland area, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

John Carlin

Coming up in a family of builders, John has learned many aspects of the trade.  He has worked as a foreman and project manager on both commercial and residential construction projects; while simultaneously he pursued his studies in finance and business. John obtained his degree in finance at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts.

As the General Manager of Carlin Brothers John brings his passion for finance and organization along with his professionalism to the business.
